This role is inclusive of a 20% shift differential and 8 hours built in over time.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $57,000-$100,000, plus shift differential (20%)Duties & Responsibilities Executes routine maintenance and/or operate equipment pertaining to clean utilities, or process equipment, completing all work in accordance with CFRs, SOPs, job plans, and BMS policies.
Performs various Housekeeping activities (i.
e.
keeping work areas clean, cleaning of equipment etc.
).
Ensures that operational log, daily log files, and work order documentation is completed daily with accurate information following good documentation practices (GDP).
Completes all required training within time limits assigned.
Participates in a detailed training program in order to develop one's knowledge in the maintenance and operations field, as well as other areas of the plant.
Supports on-call response as needed.
Knowledge & Skill High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and skill demonstrated through successful completion of relevant classes such as Mechanical Shop, or related course, or through a formal apprentice program in a relevant trade.
Previous work experience in any of the following is strongly desired:
Clean Utilities Operations / Maintenance, Process Equipment Maintenance.
Ability to interact and communicate directly with Operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
Basic knowledge of computer systems used in business, previous experience using automated work orders and job instructions desired.
Working ConditionsBasic lifting involvedAccessing large manufacturing equipmentGowningExposure to chemicalsAccess to secured areasExposure to confined spaceAbility to work at different heights Work is performed in a state-of-the-art large scale cell culture facility with classified areas requiring appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requires overtime, weekend and on-call duty.
